A steering group evaluates the options

A steering group has been set up that includes representatives from the employer (IFF), the trade unions (social partners) and the works council. Together they investigate all possibilities within the new legislation.

It is good that the social partners and the employer are making agreements about whether the current pension agreements and pension rights can be converted to the new situation, and how this can be done in the best way possible. The steering group also tells IFF Pension Fund what they are thinking about. The Pension Fund can use this information to make a plan.
