This week you will receive your Uniform Pension Statement (UPS) 2021. Your UPS shows how much pension you have accrued and which IFF pension you can expect later. Do you have any questions after viewing your UPS? Please contact us.
You can find your UPS 2021 in My documents in MyIFFPension. You will receive your UPS in the letterbox for the last time this year. As of 1 July, your pension fund will communicate digitally as much as possible.
Get started with your pension!
- Log in to MyIFFPension and record your e-mail address in My details in MyFFPension. You will then receive an e-mail notification when your UPO or other pension item is ready for you in My documents.
- Your UPO 2021 reflects your pension situation as of January 1, 2021. View here which changes to your situation can affect the amount of your pension.

Frequently asked questions
My personal details are incorrect. What should I do?
We have used the details we held on file as at 1 January 2021. If you were married after 1 January 2021, for example, your new partner will not yet be shown on the UPO. Please contact us if your personal details changed before 2021 and the new details are not shown on the UPO.
Where does the UPS show the extra pension due to value transfer?
This is not shown separately on the UPS. The extra pension from value transfer is incorporated in the accrued pension.
