New pension rules

Since 1 July 2023, new pension rules have been in force. It will take a while before you notice the consequences. There will first be a transitional phase of a few years to organize everything properly. You will receive a new pension scheme no later than 1 January 2028.

To make it clear to everyone what the new rules entail, the trade unions, employers' organisations, pension administrators and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment have created the website pensioenduidelijkheid.nl. The coming period you will see and hear information about this on TV, radio and online.
