In April 2024, the IFF Pensioners Association was established. Currently, the association has over 100 members. One of the main goals the Pensioners' Association has set for itself is to represent the interests of the pensioners participating in the IFF Pension Fund. Also under the Future Pensions Act. 

Hearing rights for pensioners
The new law states that retirees can let the Pensioners' Association know what they think is important when switching from the current to the new scheme.

We call this "hearing rights. A condition for making use of this right to be heard is that the association represents at least 10% of the pensioners. With the current number of members, the association meets this condition.
