Stichting Algemeen Pensioenfonds Stap (Stap) will administer the current pension scheme, starting October 1, 2025, as currently administered by IFF Pension Fund.

Last December, employer IFF and employee representatives finalized the agreements they made about the new pension scheme. The constituencies agreed to these arrangements. These agreements were laid down in the so-called transition plan.
