IFF Pension Fund has a board consisting of six members, including one member on behalf of the pensioners. The term of office of the board member on behalf of the pensioners, Mr. Geert Aarts, expires on May 1, 2024. Mr. Aarts has been a member of the board since 2012. Aspiring board member Jos Stelder meets all job requirements and has made himself available as a candidate.

Besides Mr. Stelder, no other nomination for a candidate was received. Therefore, in line with the Election Regulations, IFF Pension Fund will not call an election. The Board is pleased that a suitable candidate has come forward and intends to appoint him to the Board, subject to DNB approval. We will announce the information about the final appointment on our website around May 2024.
